How do I add a database?

If you want to add a database, you have multiple options:

1. Fill out the Google Form and we will take care of it.
2. Create a new issue on GitHub and fill out the required information
3. If you have experience with GitHub:
   1. fork this repository
   2. Copy the posts/_template.md file and rename it similarly to the other databases
   3. Edit the contents of the file as instructed
   4. Save it, commit the change, and push it to your fork
   5. Create a pull request against the original repository
