Description

This tool has been developed for holistic characterization of telemeetings from a Quality of Experience (QoE) perspective. The Telemeeting Profile Template supports comprehensive surveys on telemeeting quality by providing a structured framework for evaluating various aspects of videoconferencing systems.

The dataset consists of three files in Excel and CSV formats (274.9 KB total) that implement a systematic approach based on Quality Influence Factors (QIFs) categorized into Human Influence Factors (HIFs), System Influence Factors (SIFs), and Context Influence Factors (CIFs). This framework addresses the complexity of assessing telemeeting quality in modern videoconferencing systems.

This collaborative work brings together expertise from leading research institutions and industry partners including Hochschule für Technik Stuttgart, Ilmenau University of Technology, Ericsson Research, International Audio Laboratories Erlangen, TNO, Alkit Communications AB, and Dolby Laboratories. The template builds on extensive prior research on multiparty conferencing and telemeeting quality assessment, providing a practical tool for researchers and practitioners evaluating telemeeting systems.
